The day has finally arrived. Nas and Mass Appeal continue the Legend Has It series, and this time its the new album from one of hip-hop’s greatest groups, albeit bittersweet since Dave is no longer with us. Also peep the visualizer video for “Run It Back”, featuring Nas himself.
Mass Appeal’s Legend Has It series is continuing with the posthumous Harlem’s Finest: Return Of The King album by Big L, coming in two weeks. Now though we get the first single, and it features the man behind it all, Nas.
Ghostface Killah took a break this week from hawking NFT-related bullshit, to announce there’s a new album coming soon, and he’s kicking it off with the dropping of a new joint with non other than Nas. All jokes aside, GFK x Nas is, of course, fire AF.
Well, after decades of waiting, the album from Nas and DJ Premier is finally coming this year. No details yet, but they’ve dropped an absolute banger to kick things off. Of course, this is also nicely times for today’s 30th anniversary of Illmatic.
