Long-time collaborators and friends, Aesop Rock and Blockhead have announced a new album. Garbology, recorded during the pandemic and at a tough time for Aes, is due next month, but we get to hear the first drop today.

Slug and Ant finally release the new album as a full package instead of a bunch of maxi-singles. There’s also a video for the MF DOOM and Aesop Rock featured “Barcade,” which, according to Slug himself, is possible the last verse DOOM may have ever recorded.

Atmosphere are confusing the shit out of us with how they are rolling out these WORD? tracks. Today we get more songs as a follow up to Side A last month, plus a new video. From what we can work out, there’s also still a full length, complete album coming in October.

Atmosphere have just announced their next album, WORD?, out in October. The run up kicks off with a video for “Woes,” and a four-track maxi-single including a track with Evidence.
Evidence – ‘Unlearning Vol. 1’
Having been fans since the first Dilated Peoples 12’s in the 90s, it’s been great to see Evidence reach a level of respect where every new album is an event. Unlearning Vol. 1 is another landmark album in Ev’s history, and deserves all the plaudits its about to receive. Want to hear Evidence talk about the new album?
