We didn’t know who Big Cousin was until just now, but he’s got himself some heavyweight contributors on this new single in the shape of a guest spot from Ev and a beat by Nottz. Look out for the Blue Money project on the way next month.
The God emcee Pharoahe Monch is back with a dope new one from his group Th1rt3en, produced by Nottz.
Another month, another stellar set of new releases, proving once again that 2019 has been pretty damn amazing for decent hip-hop. August’s playlist includes the return of Little Brother, new product from DJ Muggs & Mach-Hommy, and dope new tracks from Blu, Kev Brown, Inspectah Deck, Vic Spencer, Pete Rock & Skyzoo, Chali 2na, Rapsody and more.

The long wait for new music from Phonte and Rapper Big Pooh together as Little Brother finally ended last night. It’s a fine new album, and a welcome return to one of the greatest hip-hop groups of all time. And for those disappointed about there being no 9th Wonder beats on here, stop that. The three of them remain close friends and collaborators elsewhere, and don’t forget that 9th hasn’t been an official member of LB for a while anyway.
Produced by the one and only Nottz.
