9th Prince – ‘The Pugalist’
Wu-Tang Clan/Killarmy representer 9th Prince (aka the younger brother of the RZA) is gearing up for the release of new album Shaolin Prince with a video for single The Pugilist. Its somewhat stuck in a Wu time warp, but still worth a look. Watch below, and look out for that album.
El Da Sensei – ‘Show Stoppa’
Coalmine Records compilation album Unearthed, mixed by DJ Revolution, was one of the best projects of last year, and is still dropping gems. The latest is Show Stoppa from The Artifacts legend El Da Sensei, remixed nicely here by J57. Listen below, and if you don’t own the full compilation yet, sort your shit out fast.
Mac Miller – ‘I Got This Beat In My Head ‘
There’s probably a lot of weird shit inside the head of Mac Miller, but plenty of good stuff too, like this new joint that has surfaced online, following on from the recently-dropped Boo. Its not clear what project this is or isn’t from, but you can hear I Got This Beat In My Head on the link below nonetheless.

Your Old Droog pops-up on this new joint from Statik Selektah, taken from the latter’s upcoming Lucky 7 album. Its exactly what you’d expect from these two, and by that, we mean its straight fire. Listen below, and let us know what you think.

Its seems to be taking forever for new MURS album Have A Nice Life to actually arrive, and we still have to wait another week. In the meantime, listen to third single Two Step below, featuring King Fantastic.
Diamond Lung – ‘More Smoke’
We didn’t know a thing about San Fransisco crew Diamond Lung until this appeared on our radar, but we definitely want to know more about them now. The group is made up of rapper Lightbulb and producer Brycon, and you can listen to More Smoke below.
