Big Shug – ‘Off Rip’
We recently got some snippets of Big Shug’s upcoming Triple Ogzus album, and now we’ve been treated to a video for single Off Rip, featuring Termanology and Singapore Kane. The beat is DJ Premier by numbers, but an average Primo beat is still better than most other producers. Listen out for Shug addressing that whole shady business with Solar that transpired after Guru’s death.
Red Pill – ‘Look What This World Did to Us’
Mello Music Group seem to have an endless run of dope releases, and they continue with Look What This World Did to Us by Red Pill, taken from his upcoming album of the same name.
J-PRIMZ – ‘Lemon Juice’ (produced by MF Doom)

The Juggaknots were one of the most impressive groups to come out of that late 90s classic era of New York underground hip-hop. Not a whole lot has been heard of them since, but now boutique indy label Chopped Herring Records has dropped Baby Pictures, a collection of unreleased tracks and off-cuts.
