The Silk Pyramids album from rapper Meyhem Lauren and veteran producer Buckwild was one of last year’s best albums, and now there’s a video for track 100 MPH, which happens to feature a certain Action Bronson.
The Purist – ‘Patina’ feat. Roc Marciano
Its only been a few days since we were graced with the Your Old Droog-featuring El Capitan from The Purest, but now he’s back again. New track Patina has Roc Marciano on the vocals, and is taken from the Pyrex Scholar album.
Oddisee – ‘That’s Love’

Vice Souletric – ‘Troublesome’ feat Guilty Simpson
Vice Souletric has collaborated with some of the best in the game, and that trend continues in the shape of this new track with Guilty Simpson. Troublesome is taken from new EP Vice for President, and is sounding real nice.
G.Dot & Born – ‘God Vibes’ feat Planet Asia

Godfather Don – ‘Bottom Line’
Back in that mid-late 90s golden era of independent hip-hop, Godfather Don made some incredible records, both as a solo artist, and with Kool Keith as the Cenobites. He’s been a bit quiet recently, but has re-emerged with new track Bottom Line, from what looks to be a new album coming soon. We only get a snippet, but it sounds damn good.
